Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a key member of our community-based treatment services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with substance abuse and homelessness.

About the Role

As a Recovery Worker, you will work closely with service users to develop personalized recovery plans, providing guidance, support, and advocacy to help them achieve their goals. You will also maintain regular contact with clients, offering advice, information, and psycho-social interventions as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substance use and the challenges faced by individuals on a recovery journey. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to Turning Point's values.
