Sanctuary Supported Living is excited to announce opportunities for Support Services Coordinators within our CQC Registered Learning and Physical Disabilities Service.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Services Coordinator include:
- Facilitating support to help our clients with various learning and physical disabilities to realize their potential and foster independence.
- Providing individualized support as needed.
- Ensuring safety through conducting risk assessments and evaluating client needs.
- Regularly reviewing client requirements, drafting, and updating support plans.
- Building professional relationships with clients, employing clear communication to uphold their choices, privacy, and dignity.
- Leading small group activities aimed at promoting recovery and well-being.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with adults facing physical or learning disabilities or those with high support needs.
- Ability to connect and empathize with individuals with diverse needs.
- Capability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records and support documentation.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
