As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will join a dedicated team responsible for managing incoming inquiries via phone and email related to both scheduled and urgent tasks that require immediate attention.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Job Logging: Accurately recording tasks into the system.
  • Scheduling: Coordinating with engineers to ensure timely execution of services.

It is essential to maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. You will:

  • Collaborate with both in-house engineers and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
