Facilities Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our facilities operations. This includes processing scheduled and reactive works, updating our CAFM system, and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Process scheduled and reactive works from initial raising of jobs through to completion and invoicing in a timely manner.
* Accurately input information into our CAFM system.
* Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
* Liaise with directly employed engineers and sub-contractors.
* Assist in the collation of monthly reports.
* Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
* Minimum GCSEs grade C or above in Maths & English.
* IT experienced.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Good written and verbal communication abilities.
* Preferable NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Service.
