Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional IT Project Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects that improve healthcare services and outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Project Support Officer, your primary duties will include:
- Documenting project activities, decisions, and actions;
- Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up items;
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and records;
- Supporting the IT Operations team by keeping procurement records, assisting with purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies;
- Collaborating with both IT and non-IT teams to enhance processes that improve project delivery and operational efficiency;
- Helping create training materials and guides to promote knowledge sharing and support project activities;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid driving licence for travel;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A commitment to maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational policies.
