The Asset Coordinator role at Selwood Housing plays a crucial part in maintaining our properties in top condition, ensuring they remain warm, safe, and energy efficient.

Key responsibilities include liaising with surveyors and tenants to book appointments, addressing new problems or requests as they arise, and taking ownership of the stock condition database. This involves maintaining and updating the database after each survey, and providing support to new users. Strong Excel skills and a good head for numbers are essential for this role.

Excellent customer service skills are also vital, as the Asset Coordinator will be interacting regularly with residents. We are looking for a problem solver with a positive approach to customers and customer service, who can work autonomously and make a positive impact on our local community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of administration in an office environment
  • Good understanding of Excel and experience of analysing stock and statistical data
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Positive proactive approach to customers and customer service
  • Knowledge of MRI, QL or other similar property management software is beneficial
