Sanctuary Supported Living is excited to announce opportunities for Support Services Facilitators within our CQC Registered Learning and Physical Disabilities Service.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Services Facilitator:

• Assist clients with various learning and physical disabilities to reach their full potential and enhance their independence.


• Provide individualized support as needed.

• Ensure safety through risk assessments and regular evaluations of client needs.

• Continuously assess client requirements, documenting and updating support plans as necessary.

• Build professional relationships with clients, employing clear communication to uphold their personal choices, privacy, and dignity.

• Facilitate small group activities aimed at promoting recovery and well-being.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working with adults with physical or learning disabilities or complex needs.


• Strong ability to connect and empathize with individuals facing physical or learning challenges.

• Capability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.

• Experience in maintaining accurate records and support plans.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
