Job Description

Reed Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Services Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Service Team, this individual will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Correspond with policy providers on behalf of clients
  • Correspond and serve as a liaison with clients
  • Submit new business on behalf of clients
  • Facilitate the annual review process of clients
  • Process new client information in preparation for their first report meeting
  • Utilize analytics and software to provide clients with an overview of their investment performance
  • Perform basic administrative duties
Requirements:
  • High level of experience in administration within a financial sector
  • At least 3 years' experience working for an IFA or in a similar role
  • Technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and insurance
