Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Handler to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer complaints and queries via phone, letter, or email
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a fair and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for helping people and a strong customer service focus
- Financial Services or complaint handling experience
- Investigatory skills and/or customer journey experience
- A good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and computer competency
