We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pension Complaint Handler at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries via phone, letter, or email
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Financial Services or complaint handling experience
