About the Role

PolyAI is a leading provider of enterprise voice assistants that enable businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our voice assistants are designed to understand customers' needs and preferences, allowing businesses to focus on high-value interactions.

The Strategic Alliances team at PolyAI is responsible for developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with key partners to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Strategic Alliances team in conducting market research and analyzing competitor activity to inform joint value proposition statements and go-to-market priorities.
  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling sales and marketing materials to reinforce value proposition statements with sales teams, prospects, and partners.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market Leads and Revenue Operations teams to embed materials with account executives and define metrics to measure impact.
Requirements
  • A strong analytical mindset with experience in first-principles thinking in fast-paced environments.
  • A bias for action and experience with customer interviews, executive workshops, and value proposition development.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment, with expertise in creating client-ready materials and visualizing concepts.
  • Currently pursuing or has an MBA, Masters in Management, or equivalent.
