About the Role

FloQast is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Consulting Alliances practice in EMEA. As a Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our Consulting Partner ecosystem, maximizing the value of existing partnerships, and managing key strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business strategy for the team in collaboration with Business Development and Alliance Leaders
  • Translate strategic goals into tactical plans and initiatives to drive team performance
  • Take ownership of goals and drive the team to achieve targets
  • Execute on tactical plans utilizing Partnership and company resources
  • Handle issues with extreme professionalism and tact
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor members of the Alliance team
  • Build team skills to achieve personnel and team goals
  • Travel will be 25%+ of the time
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS-based technologies
  • Experience and success in an Alliances role is required
  • Experience working in the Accounting Advisory/Consulting domain (Big4 is a plus)
  • Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations
  • Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
  • Commitment to self-improvement and success
  • Team player with a collaborative orientation
  • Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
