Job Title: Strategic Alliance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Alliance Manager to join our team at Earnix. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with our strategic partners, including System Integrator partners such as Sollers, Deloitte, Capgemini, and Accenture.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our partners' capabilities, offerings, and market focus.
  • Collaborate with partners to align their expertise with client requirements and negotiate mutually beneficial terms for partnerships and projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions that address clients' unique challenges, leveraging the combined strengths of our technology and partner offerings.
  • Oversee joint initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless coordination between Earnix, partners, and clients.
  • Continuously assess market trends, industry landscapes, and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovative strategies for growth.
  • Facilitate open and transparent communication between partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Effectively address challenges and roadblocks in partnership initiatives by leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with leading System Integrator partners.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate the capabilities of the Earnix system.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
  • Deep understanding of financial analytics and their applications in the financial services industry.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate industry trends and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving partnership landscapes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
