Talentee is seeking a seasoned Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead and manage our company's alliances with consulting companies and systems integrators across the EMEA region.

About the Role:

We are a leading SaaS company specialising in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. Our cloud-based platform helps organisations manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, making us a trusted partner to global enterprises across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Management:
    • Lead and maintain strong relationships with existing Alliance partners across the EMEA region, ensuring ongoing alignment with our company's strategic goals.
    • Develop and execute strategies to optimise partner engagement, addressing any challenges and identifying new ways to drive mutual business value.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support joint initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies that leverage the strengths of our partners.
    • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns, joint sales initiatives, and other collaborative efforts that drive demand and adoption of our SaaS solutions.
    • Ensure that all go-to-market strategies are aligned with both the company's objectives and the specific needs of the EMEA market.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:
    • Regularly track and report on the performance of all alliance activities, using key metrics to assess the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, address any issues, and refine strategies to ensure continued growth and success.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimise partnership outcomes, ensuring that both our company and our partners achieve their strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or strategic partnerships, within the SaaS or working directly for a consulting company/system integrator.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex partnerships and driving significant business growth through strategic alliances, particularly in the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners, resulting in increased market share and revenue.
