About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team at Humane Society International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and other internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
  • Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success and impact of partnerships.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry.
  • Thought Leadership and Networking: Represent our organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our mission and identify potential partnership opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles, with a proven track record of successful partnership management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex partnership strategies. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
What We Offer
