Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Care Assistant to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. This role involves providing essential support to individuals with complex needs on a 2:1 basis.

Job Type:
Temporary ongoing position with potential for permanent placement.

Shift Patterns:
Available shifts include both full-time and part-time options, covering nights and days, including sleep-in shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality care to vulnerable adults with severe and complex needs.
2. Foster a sense of community and safety for individuals in their homes.
3. Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, budgeting, personal care, and health management.
4. Maintain a dependable and consistent presence, ensuring clear and respectful boundaries are upheld.

- Previous experience in social care is essential.
