About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users, including personal, social, and domestic support, while adhering to their individual care and support plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care and support to service users in their own homes, including personal care, repositioning, and attending to clinical care needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the service user and their family to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with the service user and their family.
  • Ensure the service user's right to privacy and dignity is maintained at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Medication Administration.
  • Personal Care.
  • Moving and Handling.
