Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Nelson. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities to develop confidence, new skills, and build friendships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with community outings and integration, promoting social interaction and independence
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements
