Sponsorship Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team at Certus Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sponsorship revenue across a growing portfolio of events and webinars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a database of existing and potential sponsors
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
  • Sell online events, webinars, and associated services at senior levels
  • Perform key account management and deepen client relationships
  • Review, forecast, and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations colleagues to deliver successful events
Requirements:
  • Degree educated with a passion for sales and a strong interest in emerging technologies and current affairs
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in digital media, technology, or a similar field
  • A record of sales achievement and a hunter mentality
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
