Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by working towards achieving sales targets and securing new business within existing and new customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, fostering a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Monitor customer engagement, sales, and inventory trends, providing valuable insights and feedback to internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, contributing to the development and enhancement of the overall Customer Experience, ensuring seamless interactions and exceptional service.
  • Develop account plans, conduct business reviews, and ensure consistent communication to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Record all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system and follow up regularly to ensure timely resolution and closure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales account management experience in a business-to-business setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in customer outreach, communication, negotiation, and closing sales, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience with SAP or similar ERP software a plus.
