About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Lookers. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
