About the Role

Vermelo RPO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts and strategic partnerships.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional client service and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Strong Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, including market analysis and financial planning.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop business plans that drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
Qualifications
  • Cert CII Qualification: Advantageous but not required.
