About the Role

We are a leading supplier of promotional products, dedicated to producing high-quality items for businesses to use in their marketing efforts. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in increasing our customer portfolio and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain existing accounts, maintaining regular communication with clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow revenue by introducing new products.
  • Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and advise customers on the most suitable options for their needs.
  • Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages and a strong understanding of sales and account management principles.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) or business-to-business (B2B) sales environment is essential.
