Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team at Rose Calendars. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and retain existing accounts, engaging in regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop prospect opportunities through research and outreach, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding our customer base.
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, advising clients on the most suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Research and identify potential customers, with a focus on SMEs and B2B businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Excellent telephone manner and a willingness to build and maintain long-standing relationships with customers.
- Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed agreed targets, with a focus on sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Experience with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in SME and B2B sales and account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Competitive basic salary.
