Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our sales team, based in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and retain existing accounts, engaging in regular communication with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Prospect Development: Develop new business opportunities by researching potential customers and identifying new sales leads.
  • Revenue Growth: Grow revenue by introducing new products and services to existing customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about our products and advise customers on the most suitable solutions for their needs.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Manage and develop client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent telephone manner and a willingness to help customers build long-standing relationships.
  • Target-Oriented: Demonstrate an enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed agreed targets.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience with Microsoft packages and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Industry Experience: Possess experience within SME and B2B sales and account management.
