We are seeking a driven and experienced Employer Partnerships and Business Development Manager to join our team in Colchester. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with businesses, expanding our employer network, and promoting apprenticeship opportunities. Your Responsibilities:

- Promote apprenticeship programs and initiatives to businesses, highlighting the benefits of investing in skilled talent.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop customized solutions that address specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and support services to employers and apprentices.

Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport with key stakeholders at all levels. You are highly organized, results-oriented, and passionate about supporting businesses through talent development.
