Senior Patient Engagement Analyst

As a Senior Patient Engagement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient involvement within our Integrated Kidney Care program. This position is designed to support our initiatives aimed at fostering connections with patients throughout the kidney care spectrum, including those with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD), and transplant recipients. Our mission is to discover innovative strategies that enhance patient engagement, ultimately leading to better health outcomes and a reduction in overall care costs.
Your responsibilities will encompass two primary areas: Digital Engagement and Patient Activation. In the realm of digital engagement, you will oversee the development of workflows, design pilot programs, conduct training sessions, and analyze adoption rates and outcomes. For patient activation, your focus will be on equipping care teams with the necessary tools to empower patients in their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Process Development: Propose enhancements to workflows that consider various stakeholders and the long-term implications for the organization.
- Communicate the value of new capabilities to essential stakeholders, including operational teams and external partners.
- Identify potential process breakdowns and proactively address them.
- Assess the effectiveness and scalability of initiatives, preparing markets for new capabilities.
Data Analysis:
- Lead comprehensive data analyses, critically evaluating assumptions and effectively linking data sources.
- Create dashboards and tracking tools to drive action and improve patient engagement metrics.
Execution:
- Independently resolve issues across departments, articulating problems and aligning stakeholders on solutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
- Manage a portfolio of high-visibility projects with tight deadlines.
- Exhibit self-motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Communication:
- Develop tailored PowerPoint presentations for various audiences.
- Create clear training materials for team members and leadership.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and appropriate tone.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or corporate strategy is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential.
- References will be required.
