We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrub Nurse to join our Ophthalmic Surgical Team at Indianitcompanies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our surgeons in delivering high-quality ophthalmic surgical services.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway, providing skilled clinical and technical assistance.
- Provide peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite of the hospital.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered RGN or Operating Department Practitioner with current NMC/HCPC Registration.
- Minimum of one year post-qualified theatre experience.
- Strong desire to provide person-centred care and support our surgeons in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
- Ophthalmic experience is desirable, but not essential.
