Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and committed Clinical Lead Nurse to join our nursing team. This role is perfect for someone with nursing home experience or a Senior Nurse eager to step into a Clinical Lead position. In this position, you will lead by example, manage clinical practices, and uphold the highest standards of care.

The nursing home delivers exceptional care to older adults in need of general nursing, dementia nursing, or residential care. They are dedicated to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the clinical operations and ensure the best possible care is delivered to residents
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the nursing and care teams
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents
  • Undertake audits and reviews to maintain quality and safety

Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration

  • Experience as a Clinical Lead, or a Senior Nurse ready for progression
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
