Are you a seasoned Palliative Care Nurse or currently engaged in another nursing specialty but eager to enhance your expertise in palliative care?
Within the inpatient unit at Meadow House, experienced nurses have the opportunity to refine their specialized skills while also advancing their managerial capabilities. For those new to palliative care, this role offers a chance to cultivate specialized nursing skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
We encourage applications from individuals who have experience in end-of-life care settings, catering to patients with both malignant and non-malignant conditions.

Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for assessing patient care requirements and developing, implementing, and evaluating tailored care plans. There will be opportunities for professional growth in all facets of specialized palliative care.
