We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for providing high-quality care to older adults within a nursing home environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans and individual needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents
- Support and supervise care staff to maintain high standards of care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Valid UK NMC Pin as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Proven experience as a nurse in a nursing home or similar setting
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
