Palliative Care Staff Nurse

Job Overview
Are you a seasoned Palliative Care Nurse or currently engaged in another nursing specialty but eager to enhance your expertise in palliative care?
Within the inpatient unit at Meadow House, experienced nurses have the opportunity to advance their specialized skills as well as their leadership capabilities. Those new to palliative care will find a supportive environment to cultivate their expertise in this vital area of nursing.
We encourage applications from individuals with experience in end-of-life care for patients facing both malignant and non-malignant conditions.

Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for assessing patient care requirements and developing, implementing, and evaluating tailored care plans. There will be opportunities for professional growth in all facets of specialized palliative care.
