Comprehensive Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a shift and stepping in for the ward manager when necessary. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every patient receives exceptional nursing care.

You will be accountable for a designated group of patients throughout your shift.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily staff assignments and providing updates on EPRO/safe care.

You will participate in clinical audits within the ward.

Additionally, you will serve as a mentor and assessor for student nurses and junior staff, working alongside them clinically as needed.
