We are seeking a highly experienced Fire and Security Chief Engineer to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and providing technical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers to achieve branch contribution targets and promote a high level of customer care.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and senior engineers on contract/design review, health and safety, company vehicle use, timesheets, holiday forms, business expenses, and controlling material cost.
- Encourage and give guidance on complying with industry standards and promote improvement.
- Promote the achievement of service level targets and any other customer requirements.
- Carry out performance reviews of engineers and monitor their adherence to job descriptions.
- Promote generation of sales opportunities and work with the HR Department and Management to identify training needs within the business.
- Minimum of 5 years engineering experience preferably in CCTV, Fire, Access, and Intruder systems.
- Experience leading a team of engineers.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Clean criminal record as all engineers must be DBS checked.
