Job Title: Fire and Security Sales Consultant

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire and Security Sales Consultant to join our team in the Thames Valley region. As a Fire and Security Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of fire detection and prevention solutions and electronic security systems to existing and new customers in the B2B arena.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and cultivate new customer relationships within your territory.
  • Design and implement fire and life safety systems that meet customer requirements and government regulations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.
  • Lead demand-generating activities in your assigned market for our fire and security solutions.
  • Build a sales pipeline to support our growth targets.
Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge of fire systems and security systems, including British life safety standards.
  • Engineers and candidates with a security-oriented background are welcome.
  • FIA qualification is desired but not essential.
  • Strong territory management and sales planning skills.
  • Current UK driving license.

  • Basic salary up to £40,000.
  • OTE c. £65-75,000 (top performers c. £100,000).
