Job Title: Fire and Security Sales Consultant

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire and Security Sales Consultant to join our team in the Thames Valley region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of fire detection and prevention solutions and electronic security systems to existing and new customers in the B2B arena.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Design and implement fire and life safety systems that meet customer requirements and adhere to government regulations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.
  • Lead demand-generating activities in assigned markets to promote our product specialty.
  • Build a sales pipeline to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth targets.
Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge of fire systems and British life safety standards or security systems.
  • Engineers or candidates with a security-oriented background are welcome.
  • FIA qualification is desired but not essential.
  • Technical, solution-based sales background and strong territory management skills.
  • Current UK driving license.

  • Basic salary up to £40,000.
  • OTE c. £65-75,000 (top performers c. £100,000).
