Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development

About the Role:

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across various markets, including Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in sales and marketing software and tools.
