Position: Medical Territory Manager / Medical Account Manager – Decontamination and Sterilisation Solutions
Company Overview: With over 35 years of industry presence, our client is a renowned manufacturer specializing in capital equipment designed for the effective decontamination and sterilisation of medical and surgical instruments, ensuring utmost patient safety.

- West Mercia
- South Wales
- Gwent
- Gloucestershire
- Avon & Somerset
- Wiltshire
- Devon
- Cornwall
- Compensation: Basic Salary in the range of £40,000 - £45,000, with an additional commission of approximately £10,000. A comprehensive benefits package including a corporate vehicle is also provided.
Role Overview:
The Medical Territory Manager will be tasked with promoting a leading portfolio of capital equipment and consumables aimed at the sterilisation and decontamination of endoscopes post-use. This role encompasses both new business development and account management, focusing on effectively managing and expanding the designated territory. The value of orders can vary significantly, with consumable items being relatively low-cost compared to extensive hospital refits exceeding £250,000. The company offers extensive product training, a robust induction program, and ongoing sales support to ensure the success of the Territory Manager.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in capital sales – Essential
- Experience in medical sales is crucial unless the candidate has a strong track record in capital sales from a broader Life Sciences background.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Familiarity with the NHS structure is advantageous.
- Contacts or knowledge in Endoscopy / ENT is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, strong personality, and drive are key attributes.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate previous sales successes.
- A maximum of 3 points on driving license is acceptable.
