About the Role

The Opportunity

GAP Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing Lifting hire revenue opportunities from existing major account customers and winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales presentations to major account customers at a senior management level
  • Attend depot/customer trade days to promote our product offering
  • Work with various stakeholders across the GAP Group network to ensure proactive promotion of hire opportunities for Lifting equipment

About You

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience working in a sales role within the Lifting or Hire industry. You should have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth by maximizing opportunities from existing customers and winning new business.

Requirements

  • Significant experience working in a sales role within the Lifting or Hire industry
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective negotiator and problem solver with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems
  • Driving License (Essential)
