Human Resources Partner - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract for Maternity Leave

To reach this objective, we require dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team.

We are seeking a committed Human Resources Partner to join our organization for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Our People Operations team comprises People Operations & Experience Partners, Talent Partners, and an Office & Culture Manager. Our mission is to cultivate and support a team of outstanding performers who genuinely enjoy their experience at iwoca.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop managerial capabilities through coaching and mentoring, fostering exceptional leadership and high-performing teams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, open communication, and humility throughout the organization, particularly within the teams you support.
  • Oversee a smooth performance and salary review process for the teams you assist.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Employee Relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing cross-team collaboration, well-being programs, and managerial training.
  • Manage payroll changes and benefits administration for your designated business areas in collaboration with our People Experience team.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior leadership team members, managing the People function for their departments.
  • Propose enhancements and streamlined processes to improve the overall employee experience.

You will be supporting teams located in Germany, so familiarity with German employment regulations is advantageous but not mandatory. A willingness to understand the cultural dynamics in Germany and ensure that our German team feels valued is essential.
