You will engage with a dynamic and collaborative People & Talent team, fostering an exceptional atmosphere where groundbreaking and transformative initiatives thrive.

Collaborating closely with management and leadership, you will leverage your expertise and persuasive abilities to influence how we cultivate and advance the organization from a human capital perspective, actively shaping our culture and values. Building trusted partnerships across functions will be essential to enhance engagement and maximize the contributions of our personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted partnerships and collaborate throughout the organization to nurture the corporate culture and environment, maintaining a dedicated focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Work with colleagues to design the employee experience that attracts, develops, retains, and rewards outstanding talent, fostering high levels of employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on all aspects of human resources, including team management, motivation, engagement, and development.
  • Offer advice on employment matters, including the management of legal and compliance risks.
  • Analyze complex information to deliver clear, actionable insights that foster understanding and alignment, driving organizational performance.
  • Develop and implement innovative, impactful initiatives and methodologies.
  • Operate independently and in an organized manner, promoting efficiency and proactivity.
  • Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of human resources programs against their objectives, sharing insights and learnings across the organization.
  • Collaborate with external partners, consultants, or parent organization members to manage operational HR functions such as payroll and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CIPD certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven generalist experience in a People Partner role, preferably within a startup or scaling environment.
  • Extensive experience in coaching and advisory roles, capable of influencing and challenging, while supporting managers and teams in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with a focus on helping others develop and succeed.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in human resources, with the ability to devise creative and practical solutions.
  • Proficient in change management, organizational design, and consulting, with experience in proposing and executing innovative initiatives that drive business success.
  • Effective communicator, able to build meaningful relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business insight.
  • Eager to acquire knowledge to enhance your impact, demonstrating curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sectors such as AI, technology, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
  • Background in a complex global organization.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in applying coaching techniques to support individuals from diverse backgrounds in a dynamic environment.
