Your Contribution

Collaborating closely with managers and leaders, you will leverage your expertise and persuasive abilities to shape our business development from a people-centric viewpoint, actively nurturing culture and values. You will establish trusted relationships, working cross-functionally with all team members to promote high engagement and optimize our workforce's contributions.

Responsibilities
  • Foster trusted relationships and collaborate across the organization to enhance the culture and environment, ensuring a dedicated focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Work with others to design the employee experience, ensuring the organization can attract, develop, retain, and reward exceptional talent, thereby enabling high levels of employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on all people-related issues, including strategies for managing, motivating, engaging, and developing their teams.
  • Offer advice on employment matters, including the management of legal and compliance risks.
  • Analyze complex information to deliver clear, actionable insights that foster understanding and alignment, driving business performance.
  • Develop and implement innovative, high-impact initiatives and solutions.
  • Operate independently and in an organized manner that promotes efficiency and proactivity.
  • Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of people programs against their objectives, sharing insights and learnings across the organization.
  • Collaborate with external partners, consultants, or members of the parent organization to manage operational People/HR functions such as payroll and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications Essential:
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven generalist experience in a People Partner role, preferably within a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Extensive coaching and advisory experience, capable of influencing and challenging, while supporting managers and teams in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong collaborator, team-oriented, with a track record of facilitating others' growth and development.
  • Knowledge of employment law and practices, along with an understanding of People/HR best practices and trends, enabling the identification of creative or practical solutions.
  • Strong capabilities in change management, organizational design, and consulting, with experience in proposing and delivering innovative initiatives that drive business progress.
  • Confident communicator, skilled in building trusted relationships and leveraging them to influence actions and outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Proactive in acquiring knowledge to enhance your impact, demonstrating curiosity and a commitment to learning across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in AI, technology, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
  • Experience in a complex global organization.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in utilizing coaching techniques to support individuals from diverse backgrounds in a dynamic setting.
