Your Contribution

This role is pivotal in placing employee experience at the forefront of our organization, thereby establishing a competitive edge through the caliber of our workforce and corporate culture.

You will collaborate within a dynamic People & Talent team, fostering a culture of learning and growth to create an exceptional environment conducive to groundbreaking and transformative work.

By working closely with managers and leaders, you will leverage your expertise and influence to shape our business development from a human resources perspective, actively nurturing our culture and values. Building trusted relationships across functions will be essential to enhance engagement and maximize the contributions of our personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate trusted relationships and collaborate across the organization to enhance the corporate culture and environment, maintaining a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Partner with colleagues to shape the employee experience, ensuring the organization can attract, develop, retain, and reward outstanding talent, thus promoting high engagement and performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on all aspects of people management, including team motivation, engagement, and development.
  • Offer advice on employment matters, including the management of legal and compliance risks.
  • Analyze complex information to deliver clear, actionable insights that foster understanding and alignment, driving business performance.
  • Design and implement innovative, impactful initiatives and operational strategies.
  • Work independently and maintain a highly organized approach that promotes efficiency and proactivity.
  • Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of people programs against their objectives, sharing insights and learnings across the organization.
  • Collaborate with external partners, consultants, or parent organization members to manage operational HR functions such as payroll and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven generalist experience in a People Partner role, preferably within a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Extensive experience in coaching and advisory roles, capable of influencing and challenging, while supporting managers and teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaborator with a team-oriented mindset, experienced in fostering growth and learning among peers.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and practices, with knowledge of HR best practices and trends, enabling the identification of innovative solutions.
  • Strong capabilities in change management, organizational design, and consulting, with experience in proposing and implementing new initiatives that drive business progress.
  • Effective communicator, able to establish trusted relationships and influence actions and outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Proactive in acquiring knowledge to enhance impact, demonstrating curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sectors such as AI, technology, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
  • Experience in complex global organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in utilizing coaching techniques to support individuals from diverse backgrounds in a dynamic setting.
