Job Summary:

Oriel Partners Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Founder in a fast-paced investment boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Founder, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Manage events and travel arrangements for the Founder and other team members.
  • Prepare presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks, including office management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a C-Suite level executive in a boutique finance or real estate environment.
  • Excellent diary and inbox management skills.
  • Event management experience.
  • Degree educated.
