About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Tiger Recruitment. As the right-hand person to our Founder, you will be responsible for providing top-level support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Founder and other senior members of the team, including managing diaries, arranging travel and meetings, and handling confidential matters.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company conferences and events, including sourcing venues, arranging catering and equipment, and ensuring that all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Logistics and Purchasing: Manage shipping, logistics, and client purchases, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and customers on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing high-level support.
  • Skills: Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in financial administration and highly confidential data is desirable.
  • Personality: A positive and high-energy outlook, with a team player attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
