About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Tiger Recruitment. As the right-hand person to our Founder, you will be responsible for providing top-level support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Founder and senior leadership team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Oversee the day-to-day efficiency of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Organize company conferences and events, including venue sourcing, equipment rental, and catering arrangements.
  • Manage shipping, logistics, and client purchases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Liaise with clients and customers on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in financial administration and data management, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
