Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a highly successful Investment company. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced professional who can provide top-notch administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and timely departures.
  • Manage the Founder's schedule, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Provide both business and private support, requiring a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Manage meetings, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Offer project support, including research, data analysis, and document preparation.
  • Provide board support, including preparation of materials, minutes, and other documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a senior Executive Assistant, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support in both business and private capacities.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Investment industry experience, with a strong understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
