Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance brand visibility for our three brands: SureScreen Materials, SureScreen Scientifics, and SureScreen Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth for all three brands.
  • Resource Management: Manage all marketing resources to ensure effective use and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP): Develop and maintain a clear STP strategy for each brand, ensuring targeted online and offline campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute exciting new product launches across all brands, ensuring they land with customers and prospects.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all marketing outputs, promoting our brand tone and voice.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing executive to create engaging content that enhances the customer journey on online and offline tools and collateral.
  • Digital Advertising: Support the marketing executive in driving digital ads to key landing pages, converting leads or purchases.
  • PR and Events: Work with our PR agency to drive brand awareness, affiliate links, and event/sponsorship promotion in line with key campaigns.
  • Internal and External Projects: Collaborate with sales, R&D, and technical teams to deliver timely internal and external projects.
  • Event Management: Organize, deliver, attend, or participate in online and offline events, creating engaging content and displays as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
  • Marketing Tools: Identify and implement marketing tools that streamline and enhance marketing activities.
