Job Overview

Due to significant growth in the UK, WOEHNER (U.K.) LIMITED is introducing a new role to support the expansion of our business. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to contribute to the company's success by providing sales support to the overall sales team and assisting with light duties in the warehouse.

The successful candidate will report to the UK Country Manager and be responsible for generating and developing new business with new and existing customers. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Providing sales support to the sales team and assisting with back-office functions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports in the company's CRM system
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Assisting with promotions and general marketing campaigns
  • Creating offers and quotes for customers
  • Performing light warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

  • Technician or graduate engineer (Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) or comparable education
  • Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of sales principles
  • Good basic knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of an ERP system desirable
