About the Role:

• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.

• Experience: Proven experience in a design leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality designs.
